When our standard narrow fabric offerings do not quite meet your needs, Wayne Mills will work with you to finetune an existing item or start over from scratch and design a custom product that exceeds your expectations.
When your application requires the clean look of white cotton, Wayne Mills narrow fabrics are bleached on our high-speed bleach range.
Our dedicated dyehouse has 16 skein dyeing machines, as well as a computer-controlled Mageba continuous dye range. This allows us to offer high-quality custom fabric dyeing and wet processing services, including custom color matching and shade development.
Reflective lamination can be added to many Wayne Mills products, or bring your tapes to us for reflective application. Reflective coatings are available in color, as well as segmented and flame-resistant material. This service option is perfect for safety and can be paired with other high-visibility options.

We also offer pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) or self-stick adhesive coatings. This type of adhesive coating can be used for both permanent and temporary applications. PSA coatings require no additional solvent to activate the adhesive and can be applied to many of our tapes, webbings, and trims.
